Refund policy

We, at Gurukirpa Wholesale, strongly believe in developing customer relationships and any product (with the exception of customized suits), can be returned/exchanged at any of our locations. Our business model of online sales is backed up by our brick and mortar stores (two locations on contact us page).


Please reach out to us via email within 24 hours of receiving your online order to report any issue. These emails will be expeditiously dealt with on a case by case basis. It can take up to 2 business days to issue an email notification for refund issues.


Before dispatching your order, we will advise you of shipping costs, if any, and the mode of shipment.


Any confirmed orders that need to be cancelled/returned/exchanged , will be dealt with on a case – to – case basis. We will provide a refund for any such case in the form of a store credit only. Our store credit can be used at any of our locations or online.


Customized suits will not be eligible for refund/exchange.
